What areas do you cover?
We currently cover London and surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether your property falls within our coverage area, simply request a quote and we'll confirm availability.
Are you fully insured?
Yes. We work with fully insured cleaners and take every reasonable step to ensure your property is cared for professionally.
Do I need to provide cleaning products and equipment?
No. Our cleaners arrive with their own cleaning products and equipment unless otherwise agreed in advance due to special preferences or requests you may have.
How do I get a quote?
Simply complete our online quote form with details about your property and the service required. We'll review the information and get back to you as quickly as possible with a quote.
How will I know when the clean is completed?
You'll receive updates throughout the job process, including status updates and photo evidence where requested, so you'll always know exactly where your booking stands.
Do you offer same-day or next-day cleaning?
Where availability allows, yes. We understand that last-minute bookings happen, particularly for Airbnb hosts and property managers, so we'll always do our best to accommodate urgent requests.
Can you collect and return keys?
Yes. Simply leave key collection and return instructions in the additional comments section when requesting a quote.
Do you send photo evidence of cleans?
Yes. We can provide before and after photos of completed cleans, helping landlords, property managers and Airbnb hosts monitor work remotely and keep records of completed work.
Do you offer repeat clean services?
Yes. Weekly, fortnightly or custom schedules can be arranged depending on your requirements.

What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings cancelled with at least 24 hours' notice can be rescheduled free of charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.
